Cash V. Morris


Cash V. Morris manages the Athens office of Mayer & Harper, LLP.  Cash graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelors of science in Economics with an added concentration in computer science.  While a student at Georgia Tech, he served as president of the Kappa Chapter of the International Economics Honors Society, Omicron Delta Epsilon.  Cash graduated in 2007 from the Georgia State University College of Law with a J.D.  During his legal studies, Cash was graduate assistant to Prof. William A. Gregory, noted scholar and author of several textbooks and treatises on business, agency and partnership law.

Cash is admitted to practice in the several courts of law and equity in Georgia and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts.  In addition to litigating automobile and trucking accidents, Cash has represented claimants and plaintiffs in product liability cases, multi-district litigation, wrongful death cases, governmental/school liability claims, and premises liability cases.  Cash also has experience in contested matters and adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy court.
