Mediation settles dispute between automobile dealer, manufacturer

In November Randolph Mayer mediated a hard fought dispute between a luxury automobile manufacturer and its top-selling dealer in the world. Litigation had been ongoing for years, and the issues included allocation of vehicles, breach of contract and breach of confidentiality. The case was mediated in Miami, and after the initial session, continued for several weeks by phone. The matter was resolved in a business solution arising out of the principals meeting with each other.
